VS-A KOREA
VS-A KOREA Ltd is a Korean corporation established by KIM Naree and Robert-Jan van SANTEN in 2013. VS-A KOREA promotes facade architecture in Korea, where facade design & engineering is still unfamiliar, and strives to establish a Korean facade architecture culture based on the design philosophy and know-how of the VS-A GROUP.
Buildings meet cities and people through the cladding called Facade. The impression of the building depends on how you design facade. Just as fashion expresses people’s individuality, facade’s figure reveals the visual orientation and philosophy of the architecture. Facade also creates an indoor and outdoor boundary that determines the performance of buildings for comfortable indoor spaces. Creating the best link between architectural ideas and technological realization is what VS-A KOREA pursues.
